THE STORY SO FAR...
Azzurri started with one property and a practical goal - create well-managed, comfortable spaces that guests could rely on and landlords could trust. From the beginning, we focused on the fundamentals: clean, well-presented homes, responsive service, and transparent communication with owners.
As our portfolio grew, so did our understanding of what guests value and what owners expect. That experience shaped our approach today, being a balanced model that supports both sides without compromise.

Property Redress Scheme
We are a member of the Property Redress Scheme under membership number PRS040218.
Insurance
We are professionally insured by Hiscox Insurance under policy number HIBI4559661XB, and we hold public liability insurance up to a value of £1,000,000.
Data Protection
We are required to hold personal information on our guests and landlords and we are therefore registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under licence number ZB562284, and our systems are GDPR compliant in managing personal data.
Client Money Protection
We are registered with Client Money Protect under membership number CMP014125.
